Japanese Communist Party Chair Shii Kazuo on January 10 issued a statement on the latest high-level talks between North and South Korea, in which both countries agreed on measures to improve the bilateral relations.
JCP Chair Shii in his New Year address looked back at JCP activities in 2017 which saw a “dramatic upturn” which led to the opening of a new era, and called on JCP members to make 2018 a monumental year for making headway toward a stronger party.
