Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo on July 15 participated in a farewell reception for Mexican Ambassador to Japan Miguel Ruiz-Cabanas Izquierdo at the Mexican Embassy in Tokyo.

Ogata thanked the ambassador for his tour of duty in Japan from 2004 to 2007 as well as for his participation in the annual World Conference against A & H Bombs.
