Fuwa attends Indonesian independence day reception

Fuwa Tetsuzo, Japanese Communist Party Central Committee chair, on August 17 attended a reception to mark the 56th anniversary of the independence of Indonesia.

At the Indonesian ambassador's residence in Tokyo, Fuwa had conversations with Soemadid.M. Brotodiningrat as well as other guests.

Fuwa was accompanied at the reception by Ogata Yasuo, JCP member of the House of Councilors, and Morihara Kimitoshi, JCP International Bureau vice director. (end)
