Shii attends reception for 30th anniversary of normalization of Japan-China relations

Japanese Communist Party Chair Shii Kazuo and Secretariat Head Ichida Tadayoshi on September 12 attended a reception celebrating the 30th anniversary of normalization of Japan-China relations held at a hotel in Tokyo.

The reception was sponsored by seven groups, including the Japan-China Parliamentarians' Friendship League.

Shii, who is the vice-president of the Japan-China Parliamentarians' Friendship League, exchanged greetings with Song Jian, the China-Japan Friendship Association President now visiting Japan, and Chinese Ambassador to Japan Wu Dawei. (end)
