 JCP leaders congratulate Bolivian president-elect Japanese Communist Party Central Committee Chair Fuwa Tetsuzo and its Executive Committee Chair Shii Kazuo sent the following message to Evo Morales Ayma, president of the Movement to Socialism (MAS), to congratulate him on his victory in the December presidential election: We congratulate you for winning the big victory in the presidential election. We wish the new administration under your leadership every success in the effort to fulfill the mandate of the people for peace and democracy as well as betterment of living standards as expressed in the vote.
