JCP Kasai visits Vietnamese ambassador

Kasai Akira, Japanese Communist Party International Bureau Vice-director and House of Representatives member, on March 14 met with Ambassador Chu Tuan Cap at the Vietnamese embassy in Tokyo.

Kasai expressed his gratitude for the attendance of Communist Party of Vietnam Politburo member Nguyen Khoa Diem as well as the ambassador to the JCP 24th Congress in January.

Ambassador Cap stated that after returning to Vietnam, Nguyen Khoa Diem reported that he was impressed by the lively atmosphere of the JCP Congress.

Kasai and Chu Tuan Cap talked about the 10th Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam to be held in April, the APEC summit in November, the political situation in Japan, Japan-China relations, and the Asian situation in general.
