Fuwa attends dinner with China's ambassador Fuwa Tetsuzo, former Japanese Communist Party Central Committee Chair, was invited to dinner on May 17 by Ambassador Wang Yi at his official residence in Tokyo. It was held to send off Fuwa, who will visit China to take part in the second round of theoretical talks with the Communist Party of China. Referring to the CPC putting emphasis on theoretical efforts, Wang stated that in promoting exchanges with political parties in the world the CPC attaches importance to theoretical discussions with the JCP, and that it looks forward to Fuwa's China visit. Fuwa, presently the JCP Social Sciences Institute director, stated that the CPC's project of research and building of Marxist theory is an interesting and bold as well as timely proposal, and said that he was looking forward to his visit to China.
