JCP Shii sends telegram of sympathy for terrorist attack victims in India Japanese Communist Party Chair Shii Kazuo on July 12 sent a telegram to Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh expressing his sympathy for the victims of the terrorist attacks in Mumbai. The full text of his message is as follows: We would like to express our deep condolences and sympathies to the victims and their bereaved families of the brutal terror attacks that occurred yesterday in Mumbai. We sincerely hope that those injured will recover as soon as possible. Terrorism must not be allowed for any reason as it kills and wounds people indiscriminately. We strongly condemn the despicable act of terrorism and would like to convey once again our heartfelt condolences to the government and people of India. - Akahata, July 13, 2006 |
