Ogata attends dinner with former Vietnamese premier At a dinner with former Vietnamese Prime Minister Phan Van Khai hosted by the Japan-Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship League on November 9 in Tokyo, Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo, who is a vice chair of the parliamentarian league, expressed appreciation for Khai's activities during his ten-years of tenure as the Vietnamese premier as well as his long-term activities in the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Vietnamese government.
