Defense Minister filed dubious funds reports

   Using the rent-free Dietmembers’ Office Building as its main office, Defense Minister Komura Masahiko’s fund management organization filed dubious political funds reports recording about 30 million yen in office expenses in three years, according to Akahata.

   Komura’s organization reported “office expenses” of 12.9 million yen in 2003, 9.5 million yen in 2004, and 7.6 million yen in 2005.     - Akahata, August 30, 2007
