Shii attends new Egyptian ambassador’s reception

   Japanese Communist Party Chair Shii Kazuo and Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo on January 8 attended Egyptian Ambassador to Japan Walid Mahmoud Abdelnasser’s post assumption reception in Tokyo.

   Shii extended a welcome to the ambassador and expressed his gratitude to the Egyptian government for sending its representatives to the World Conference against A & H Bombs held every August in Japan. They spoke about further cooperation for the abolition of nuclear weapons and other peace issues.
