Ogata meets with Philippine ambassador Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo on June 23 met with Philippine Ambassador to Japan Domingo L. Siazon Jr. at the Philippine Embassy in Tokyo. Ogata reported on the exchange of views between JCP Chair Shii Kazuo and Libran N. Cabactulan, President of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) Review Conference held in New York City in May. Ogata expressed his appreciation to Ambassador Siazonfs help to realize the JCPfs attendance at the NPT Review Conference.
