Aimed at promoting grassroots cultural exchanges, the Japan-South Korea Exchange Festival took place on September 30 and October 1 in Tokyo.
On the first day of the 2-day event, Japanese Communist Party members of the House of Representatives Kokuta Keiji and Kasai Akira attended the opening ceremony. They both hold executive positions in the Japan-ROK Parliamentarians’ League.
The two JCP lawmakers had friendly conversations with South Korean Ambassador to Japan Yun Dukmin and the chair of the ROK-Japan Parliamentarians’ League, Chung Jin-suk.
