As TEPCO has given up on its intent to operate all of its rectors in Fukushima, it is now accelerating the move to reactivate the Kashiwazaki-Kariwa Nuclear Power Plant in Niigata. This indicates that the utility has no remorse over the 2011 nuclear meltdowns.
