Japanese Communist Party member of the House of Representatives Kasai Akira on February 8 attended a reception held by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (Tokyo) at a Tokyo hotel to celebrate the Luner New Year.

Kasai exchanged greetings with ETO acting representative Winsome Au and engage in friendly conversations with Japanese and foreign guests.
