It has come to light that the U.S. transport aircraft MV-22 Ospreys in Okinawa are now in Thailand for low-altitude flight training exercises.
The U.S. Marine Corps official website said that four Ospreys from Okinawa’s Futenma base on February 8 landed at a base in Thailand to take part in the multilateral military exercise, Cobra Gold 2013.
The U.S. Forces held the low-level flight training exercises for Osprey in the Philippines in January.
