JCP Chair sends congratulatory message to Nepal's new Prime Minister

Japanese Communist Party Chair Shii Kazuo on February 28 sent a congratulatory message to Sharma Oli, the chairman of the Communist Party of Nepal (United Marxist-Leninist), on his appointment as Nepal's new Prime Minister.
Shii in the message expresses his wishes for cooperation between the JCP and the Nepalese government on major concerns that affect all of humanity such as the issues related to nuclear weapons and global warming.
