Shii sends telegram of condolences on death of former CPV leader Do Muoi
Japanese Communist Party Chair Shii Kazuo on October 5 sent a telegram expressing condolences to the Communist Party of Vietnam via the Vietnam Embassy in Tokyo on the death of former CPV General Secretary Do Muoi.
In the telegram, Shii noted that Muoi worked hard to advance the nation-building process and social development from the early stages of the nation's Doi Moi policy. Shii also wrote that the former general secretary contributed to nurturing friendship and good relations between the JCP and the CPV as well as between Japan and Vietnam.
