Ogata meets with Cuban ambassador

Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo on August 31 met with Cuban Ambassador to Japan Jose Fernandez de Cossio and Counsellor Andrez Gonzales Ballester at the JCP head office in Tokyo.

Ogata told the ambassador, who was returning home temporarily, the latest Japanese political happenings.

The ambassador explained about Cuba’s economic and social policy adopted at the sixth congress of the Communist Party of Cuba in April.
