Nishiguchi attends Bulgarian reception

Japanese Communist Party International Bureau Acting Director Nishiguchi Hikaru on March 5 attended a reception to celebrate the Bulgarian National Day held at the Bulgarian ambassador’s official residence in Tokyo, and expressed his congratulations to Bulgarian Ambassador to Japan Blagovest Sendov.
