Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo on July 29 met with Vietnamese Ambassador to Japan Nguyen Quoc Cuong at the Vietnam embassy in Tokyo.
They exchanged views on the South China Sea issue as well as the current Japanese political situation after the Upper House election.
