JCP Nishiguchi attends Polish reception

Japanese Communist Party International Commission Vice Chair Nishiguchi Hikaru on May 23 attended a reception celebrating the Constitution Day of the Republic of Poland at a hotel in Tokyo.

He talked with Polish Ambassador to Japan Jadwiga Rodovicz and other participants.

JCP Ogata talks with Cuban ambassador

Japanese Communist Party Vice Chair Ogata Yasuo on May 17 had talks with Cuban Ambassador to Japan Jose Fernandez de Cossio in Tokyo.

Expressing his appreciation for the ambassador’s sympathy over the damages caused by the March 11 major disaster, Ogata explained the JCP position regarding the post-disaster reconstruction and the nuclear accident in Fukushima.

Ambassador Cossio related to Ogata the outcome of the 6th Congress that the Communist Party of Cuba recently held.
