Second JCP-CPV theoretical discussions start
|
The second theoretical talks between the Japanese Communist Party and the Communist Party of Vietnam began in Hanoi on September 24.
The JCP delegation was led by Fuwa Tetsuzo, director of the JCP Social Sciences Institute, and the Communist Party of Vietnam delegation by To Huy Rua, the CPV’s Central Theoretical Council chair and member of the CPV Central Committee Secretariat.
In the opening statement, Rua said, “Our theoretical discussion will help deepen our theoretical study of issues of mutual interest and will contribute to strengthening our two parties and the movement throughout the world.”
That day, concerning the questions raised by the CPV in advance, Fuwa explained the JCP views regarding three themes: contemporary outlooks on Marx’s theory (or scientific socialism); contemporary world outlook (perception of the times); and some key issues with regard to theories regarding the socialism-oriented market economy.
