3 POINTS ARE MISSING FROM ARGUMENTS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REVISION
Japanese Communist Party Central Committee Chair Fuwa Tetsuzo spoke to the Japan National Press Club and said three important points are missing from the arguments of advocates of constitutional revision.

REALIGNMENT PLANS WITHOUT RESOLVING OKINAWANS' HARDSHIPS
The Japan-U.S. talks on realignment of U.S. forces in Japan are solely aimed at maintaining and strengthening the U.S. Marines and their bases in Okinawa in disregard of the unbearable burdens that Okinawans have been forced to endure for more than half a century.

KOIZUMI'S YASUKUNI VISIT CONTRADICTS HIS EARLIER STATEMENT
Japanese Communist Party Executive Committee Chair Shii Kazuo said, "If the government has a different view on the war, the prime minister should stop visiting the shrine."
