A Japanese Communist Party delegation led by JCP Social Science Institute director Fuwa Tetsuzo arrived in Hanoi, on September 23 for the second round of theoretical discussion with the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The delegation attended a welcome dinner hosted by CPV Commission for External Relations Chairman Tran Van Hang on the same day.
Hang said he hopes that upcoming discussions will further strengthen JCP-CPV ties and contribute to the growth of the socialist movement in the world.
Fuwa said, “Our two parties are endeavoring to give life to Marxist theories in the revolutionary movement in our countries as well as in the global context. In visiting Vietnam this time, I have the same feeling of hope as I had when I first visited the country 42 years ago.”
