South China Sea issue should be settled in accordance with PCA ruling
The Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague ruled that China’s claim to the better part of the South China Sea has no legal basis. China and the Philippines should accept and abide by this ruling, which will be the key to settle the current disputes.
